Moroccan food is alot of exotic spices and happy melding of sweet and savory flavor in unexpected places. A good dish in Morocco is the pastilla — a crunchy packet of long-simmered spiced poultry and onions, eggs, and crunchy, sugared almonds.
They tend to eat around the same times as we do.
When the morrocan migrated to America they brought many spices we still use today like cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, saffron, cumin, cayenne, anise, and sesame seed.
morrocan were the first to use many of these spices.
